The Villa

The Villa for sale sits on a small private estate close to the city of Florence in a panoramic location close over-looking a valley. Consisting of two dwellings, a villa and a cottage each with their own in-ground swimming pools set amongst a small olive grove.

The Cottage

The cottage (100 sqm) offers 360° panoramic views from its hillside location. It sleeps up to six guests and includes a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living area with a fireplace and sofa bed. Traditional materials like local stone and terracotta floors blend with elegant design elements. Outside, guests can relax on the furnished veranda or by the infinity pool which includes a jacuzzi, surrounded by lawns and rolling hills.

Grounds & Pool

The villa and cottage are within close vicinity however to render them autonomous and allow for guest privacy, each dwelling enjoys its own pool and parking area. The olive grove which surrounds the property is approximately 2000sqm.

Location

The property is located 30km outside Florence close to a small town which offers all of the necessary services and shops. Thanks to the vicinity of the highway, Florence city can be reached in about 25mins.
