Villa Storica Del Chianti

Chianti Historic Villa – GREAT DEAL
Charming Historic Villa in the Florentine Hills
Villa of approximately 1000 sqm with 3000 sqm of garden for sale in a hilly area 30 minutes from Florence.
The Villa, surrounded by greenery, is free on 4 sides and enjoys great privacy.
Some salons of the Villa feature frescoed ceilings dating back to the late 19th century, in addition to Liberty-style finishes, most likely annexes built in addition to what was an ancient medieval tower. The bathroom floors, also frescoed and decorated, were made using entirely original 19th-century Neapolitan tiles of the Vietri type.
The area of the Villa of approximately 1000 sqm extends over 3 above-ground floors plus a large basement, and a garage (former stable) restored to the rough.
The complex currently consists of four distinct real estate units, not bound by Fine Arts but subject to conservative restoration.
On the ground floor, we find two frescoed rooms with fireplaces, an office, a kitchen with an original sink in stone and an additional antique sink in marble, various services, and other rooms.
On the first floor, accessed by a beautiful staircase in stone, we find four double bedrooms, each with a bathroom and suite, an office, and a corridor connecting to various other rooms and the more modern part of the Villa.
The property is located in the Val di Sieve, along the ”Strada dei Vini Chianti Rufina e Pomino.”
In the garden, which extends for about 3000 sqm, we find ancient trees in addition to a plot of land of about 230 sqm, located outside the garden along a stream.
The Villa has also been used in the past for tourist accommodation activities, given its size and the wide range of recreational activities offered by the surrounding landscape: from trekking, horseback riding, fishing to Golf and the Racetrack.
This is an excellent investment 30 km from the city of Florence.
