The villas are built on plots from 400m2, and consist of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and two terrace-solariums. The main floor consists of a lounge, dining area and kitchen, which opens onto the terrace, garden and private pool. There are also 2 bedrooms, with a shared bathroom, and a guest toilet on the main floor. The master bedroom, with private bathroom and walk-in closet, can be found on the first floor. Enjoy the fantastic panoramic views from the two terrace-solariums on the first or the top floors. Each villa includes pre-installed ducted AC, private pool and parking on the plot. It is possible to customize the villa, with the option to build a basement, or choose from various other options.
