Nestled in the heart of unspoiled countryside, this exceptional agricultural estate spans more than 44 hectares of fully organic land, free from any chemical treatments.
Ideally located in the charming commune of Fayence, just minutes from the picturesque village of Saint-Paul-en-Forêt and only 13 km from the prestigious Terre Blanche Golf Resort, this property enjoys a strategic setting and rare market availability.
The estate boasts a spectacular 360-degree panoramic view, complete privacy, and a remarkable natural environment. It benefits from a six-hectare planting right for vineyards, offering the opportunity to create a full-scale wine estate.
With strong potential for tourism or residential development, the property allows for the addition of a swimming pool, guesthouses, gîtes, or eco-lodges, making it an ideal investment for nature lovers, hospitality entrepreneurs, or wine enthusiasts.
An existing 210 sq.m. farmhouse, in need of renovation, offers a solid foundation for a future residential or agricultural project. Two natural ponds complete the landscape, adding ecological richness and biodiversity.

Fayence is a medieval hilltop village in the Var department, sitting at roughly 350 metres elevation in the Pays de Fayence, a cluster of perched villages between the Esterel massif and the pre-Alps. The area is defined by open garrigue, oak forest, and agricultural land that has remained largely undeveloped. It carries a reputation among discerning buyers from Paris, London, and Geneva as a quieter, more authentic alternative to the coastal Riviera, with a markedly different scale and pace.
The village itself has a weekly market, several restaurants along the main square, and independent food producers in the surrounding communes. Terre Blanche Golf Resort, one of the leading golf destinations in southern France, is 13 kilometres away. Seillans, Callian, and Montauroux are all within a short drive and offer additional dining and services.
Fayence is approximately 35 kilometres north of Cannes and 70 kilometres from Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport, reachable in around one hour by car via the A8 autoway. The nearest train station is at Les Arcs-Draguignan, roughly 40 kilometres west, with TGV connections to Paris in approximately three hours. Cannes station also provides direct TGV access and is around 45 minutes by car.
