Terreno Con Fattibilità Edilizia A Conceição De Faro

Plot of land for sale with a total area of 23,400 m², located in Sítio do Outeiro, in the parish of Conceição de Faro. The property has an approved PIP (Preliminary Information Request) for the construction of 29 semi-detached three-bedroom villas (T3), each with a basement garage, attic, and private swimming pool. The land also includes a registered water borehole, ideal for garden irrigation and pool supply.

It is conveniently located just 12 minutes from Faro International Airport and the University of Algarve, and 10 minutes from Faro city centre and the Via do Infante (A22 motorway), offering excellent accessibility. Public utilities such as water, sewage, and electricity are already available.

The project offers great versatility, with potential for a gated community, senior residence, geriatric unit, student housing, or a mixed-use development combining residential, commercial, and service areas. The subdivision licensing process has already been submitted to the Faro City Council, with approval expected within 3 to 6 months
