Excideuil Tenuta E I Suoi Cottage Con Splendide Viste Dal Suo Parco Paesaggistico

Located in a cul-de-sac, this former farmhouse consists of various buildings from different eras: A main house from the 19th century of 160m² and its saltwater swimming pool completed in 2017. 3 cottages including one from the 18th century with mullioned windows. All buildings are renovated with quality finishes, in an authentic and Périgord style: exposed beams, fireplaces, cut stones, terracotta tiles on the floor. The whole offers more than 400m² of living space. 2 barns complete the property, about 210m² of outbuildings, part of which is converted into a workshop, the rest for storage. The same care has been taken with the exteriors, featuring a landscaped park, flowered and very well maintained. Each cottage also has its own outdoor space to enjoy the garden in complete tranquility. In a quiet and elevated position, the property benefits from an unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside. 8 hectares of meadows and woods border the property.
