The architecture combines clean linear forms with warmer natural materials and sheltered outdoor spaces, creating a house that remains closely connected to the coastline throughout the day.

The property extends across 430 sqm (4,628 sq.ft.) on a 426 sqm plot, with the principal living areas positioned to face the sea. Large glazed openings and corner windows allow daylight to move deeply through the interiors, while the elevated orientation gives the upper levels and terraces clear outlooks across the water and the changing light of the gulf.

The house includes four en-suite bedrooms arranged across the upper levels, several of which open onto private terraces facing the sea. The upper floors maintain uninterrupted views across the Evoikos Gulf, particularly during the evening when the changing light settles across the water. An additional attic level currently functions as a study and office area, separated from the main reception spaces and benefiting from softer natural light and greater privacy.
