Camino de las Puertas sits in the hills above Estepona, a stretch of the Costa del Sol that has retained considerably more of its Andalusian character than the resort-heavy coastline to the east. The road occupies elevated terrain where the Sierra Bermeja foothills begin to rise from the coastal plain, placing residents between mountain and sea. The surrounding landscape is defined by pine and eucalyptus, with the white-walled old town of Estepona visible below and the Strait of Gibraltar on the horizon.

Estepona’s old town, with its flower-lined streets, covered market on Calle Castillo, and restaurants along the port promenade, is roughly a ten-minute drive. The Valle Romano and Estepona Golf courses are within five minutes by car. The beach is accessible in under fifteen minutes.

Marbella is approximately 30 kilometres east along the AP-7 motorway, reachable in around 25 minutes. Málaga Airport, the main international gateway for the Costa del Sol, is roughly 85 kilometres away and takes approximately one hour by car. The AP-7 and A-7 coastal routes provide direct connections to Gibraltar, Algeciras, and Seville, with Seville approximately 200 kilometres north via the A-376.
