Villa Estepona

Estepona occupies a distinct position on the Costa del Sol, sitting at the western end of what the market now calls the New Golden Mile, the stretch of coastline between Estepona town and San Pedro Alcántara. Less developed than Marbella to the east, it has retained a working Andalusian character in its old town while attracting serious residential investment, particularly in the El Paraiso corridor, where golf, mountain backdrops, and sea views converge in an established but increasingly sought-after setting.

The old town offers a genuine daily rhythm: the Mercado de Abastos on Calle Castillo, seafood restaurants along the Paseo Marítimo, and the beach clubs of the New Golden Mile within a short drive. Puerto Banús is roughly 15 minutes east, and Marbella’s restaurant and cultural scene is under 30 minutes away.

Málaga Airport is approximately 75 kilometres from central Estepona, a journey of around 55 to 65 minutes by car via the AP-7 toll motorway. Gibraltar Airport lies roughly 45 kilometres to the west, offering an alternative gateway with direct connections to the UK. The AP-7 and A-7 coastal roads provide direct access to Marbella, Málaga, and Algeciras, making Estepona well-connected for both daily use and international travel.
