Buenas Noches is a low-density residential enclave on the western edge of Estepona, positioned directly along the Costa del Sol coastline. The area is characterised by its proximity to the beach, relatively low building heights, and a quieter residential feel compared to the more commercialised stretches further east toward Marbella. It sits within Estepona municipality, a town that has invested significantly in its old town restoration and seafront promenade over the past decade, giving the wider area a more polished identity than many Costa del Sol addresses.

La Galera beach is immediately accessible on foot. Estepona’s marina, old town, and weekly market on Calle Terraza are a short drive west. Puerto Banús and its restaurants, including Nobu and Cipriani, are roughly 20 minutes east. The Selwo Aventura park and several golf courses, including Valle Romano, are within 10 minutes by car.

Estepona town centre is approximately 10 minutes by car. Marbella is around 25 minutes east along the AP-7 or the coastal N-340. Gibraltar Airport is the closest international gateway at roughly 45 minutes, with connections primarily to the UK. Malaga Airport, offering the broadest range of European and international routes, is approximately one hour by car, making it the preferred hub for longer-haul travel.
