Splendida Villa In Stile Classico Ekali

An elegant, classic style villa with a beautiful garden and a 50sq.m. swimming pool.
The net area is 450sq.m. and the grounds 2.700sq.m.
The ground floor comprises two living rooms, each with a fireplace, a kitchen, an office and a guest wc. This level opens to a veranda, a covered outdoor space with a fireplace and the garden. The first floor comprises four bedrooms – one of which is with a dressing room and en suite bathroom – an additional bathroom and a large veranda. Both verandas as well as several rooms offer fantastic views of the mountain (woodland). The lower level offers a spacious gym/play room with direct access to the garden, utilities’ rooms and a garage for up to three cars.
The main focus of the outdoor area is the large size swimming pool. The huge garden seems even larger as it enjoys an elevated position, overlooking an open, green area. The property’s enviable location and its surroundings create an overall sense of beauty and quietness.
An additional significant advantage of the property is that the grounds of 2.700sq.m. are in two separate title deeds of 1.600sq.m. and 1.200sq.m. with the house standing well in the middle of the first plot, allowing for the future development of the second plot independently.
