The villa is located on the coast of Kotor Bay, in the region Dobrota, two kilometers from the Old Town of Kotor. Because of the unique location and the beauty, Bay of Kotor is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. The villa had been built in 1985, renovated in 2011 in a Mediterranean style. The four-storey villa consist of five apartments. Each apartment has a (partial) view of the sea and a separate entrance. On the spacious plot there is a swimming pool for both adults and children, detached house, barbeque, a spacious veranda and vineyard room, garage for three cars and four parking spaces next to the house. Distance from the sea is 200 meters down the road (three minutes on foot). All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, TV (satellite with Russian and foreign channels), DVD, washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, tumble dryer.
