This mill is already mentioned in 16th-century archives. Located near Sens in a quiet, residential area, it offers a beautiful living space just 1 hour and 15 minutes from Paris and 5 minutes from all services and shops in Sens.

The mill’s square courtyard is private and hidden from view. Access is through a porch, creating a complete change of scenery. A well occupies the center of the courtyard.
