Just 5 km from the walls of Cortona, the Farmhouse of the Fox enjoys a fantastic view of the Val di Chiana and the Palazzone, a 16th-century villa adorned with frescoes by Luca Signorelli. Nestled in a 3-hectare park, featuring a swimming pool, and characterized by tall trees and woodland, it offers infinite privacy.
The residence is a stone farmhouse from the 1700s that has retained all its original features, such as the beautiful loggia.
Internally, the renovation has enhanced all the typical materials, from the handmade terracotta flooring to the exposed wooden beams.
On the ground floor, we have a large entrance, a dining room, a kitchen, and a living room with a large fireplace, along with the first bedroom and bathrooms with shower and bathtub.
