Stupenda Villa Con 3 Camere Da Letto A Comporta, Alcacer Do Sal

Set within the pine-scented calm of Comporta, this new-build villa forms part of Sublime Comporta, a nature-led collection of contemporary residences where architecture recedes and landscape leads. Just minutes from the Atlantic, the villa offers 315 sqm of considered living across three en-suite bedrooms, built for those who value privacy, quiet materials and space to think, over spectacle.

About the Location

Comporta remains one of Portugal’s most quietly guarded landscapes, cork oaks, rice paddies and dune-backed beaches, largely undisturbed by mass development. Sublime Comporta sits within this rare seclusion, surrounded by umbrella pines yet only minutes from the coastline, Comporta village and its handful of understated restaurants and galleries. It is a place chosen by those who already know the Algarve, and want something less visible, more authentic.

About the Property

This villa spans 315 sqm and comprises three generous suites, each with its own bathroom, set within Sublime Comporta’s understated contemporary architecture. Natural materials, clean lines and a restrained material palette allow the surrounding pine forest to remain the focus. Resort-style amenities, including pool, wellness and concierge services, are available within the development, offering privacy and scale without isolation.

Investment Potential

Comporta’s appeal lies in scarcity, not price, a market shaped by limited supply rather than aggressive development. As one of Portugal’s last undeveloped coastal landscapes to open to new-build ownership, Sublime Comporta offers a rare entry point into this quietly rising destination. At €4,409,000 for 315 sqm and three suites, this villa sits among the collection’s larger residences, combining considered long-term value with a genuinely liveable asset.
