Terra In Columbia

This game rich property, located along Castor Creek, has a bottomland feel to it and has some nice deer roaming the property. Turkeys, hogs, and squirrel hunting in the timber along the Castor Creek hardwood bottoms, in addition to deer hunting, make this an outstanding buy for the money, especially at the price of land these days. It has a mix of high and low ground and several potential off grid campsites. The property also has four different points of legal access off Hwy 4 and Hwy 846 and is about 20 mins from Columbia. The cutover areas of the property are thickening up nicely and will make good cover and browse for deer in the coming years. The oaks along the Castor Creek bottoms are major acorn producers and you should be able to shoot a few wood ducks along the creek. Several factory plastic box stands will stay with the property so you can start hunting immediately! The seller is willing to subdivide and owner financing may be possible also. Asking price is $1875 per acre for the whole 860 acres.. Licensed by the LREC & MREC.
