Colonia De Sant Pere/Artà Villa

In a prime location in Colònia de Sant Pere, just a few steps from the sea, this exclusive new-construction villa is being built with clean architectural lines, high-quality materials, and impressive ocean views. From the spacious rooftop terrace, you can enjoy spectacular sunsets over the Bay of Alcúdia.

Set on a lot of approximately 614 m², the villa combines modern living comfort with Mediterranean ease across two levels. The ground floor features a light-filled, open-concept living and dining area that flows seamlessly outdoors. The modern, stylishly integrated kitchen complements the open-plan design. The living area on the ground floor is approximately 151 m² with direct access to the approximately 34 m² garage, which is equipped for an electric vehicle charging station.

The upper level offers approximately 92 m² of living space, distributed among four comfortable bedrooms, each with an adjoining, high-quality bathroom. The approximately 56 m² terrace offers a sweeping view all the way to the horizon. Outside, an approximately 23 m² pool with a surrounding terrace invites you to relax.

Technically, the villa features an air-source heat pump, radiant floor heating, air conditioning, a solar water heating system, double-glazed aluminum windows, burglar-resistant doors, and smart-home readiness for lighting and temperature control. LED-lit built-in closets underscore the high-quality standard.

Completion is scheduled for early 2027.
