Splendida Villa Atypique Surplombant Le Lac

Built on the slopes of Cologny, facing Lake Geneva, this villa is an exceptional example of 1930s modernist architecture, fully renovated with respect for its style. The villa ”Les Ailes,” inspired by Le Corbusier, was built in 1932 by Louis Vincent and Jean-Jacques Honegger, an aviator. It features many aviation-related details, which is why it is called ”Les Ailes” (The Wings).

The villa is designed according to the terrain’s topography and the landscape’s orientation, providing shelter from the bise wind and creating terraces and open views over the landscape. It offers a magnificent panorama of the lake and the Jura mountains.

It includes:
- 5 bedrooms
- 4 bathrooms
- A 12-meter swimming pool
- A fountain
- A gym
