Nella Campagna Vicino A Ciutadella, Minorca, Una Proprietà Agricola E Residenziale DI 100 Ettari

In the countryside near Ciutadella, Menorca, a 100-hectare agricultural and residential property with 1,760 m² of buildings. 100 hectares in Menorca, it’s not something you can explain. It’s measured differently: by the time it takes to walk around it, by the way your gaze searches for a boundary without finding one, by that rare feeling of being somewhere where the land still belongs to those who work it.

The large estates in Menorca’s interior follow their own logic. Farm buildings and residential spaces coexist here without hierarchy, each in its place within a whole that the centuries have organized better than any architect could. Here, 1,096 m² are devoted to the land, 664 m² to living.

The pristine beaches of the south are nearby. But you don’t buy this property for the sea.
