A Ciutadella, Una Proprietà Rustica DI 2 Ettari Con Due Case Unifamiliari

In Ciutadella, a 2-hectare rustic property with two detached houses. There are properties you understand right away. This one takes some time.

First, the dense forest, which absorbs the noise even before you get out of the car. Then the two houses, nestled in the vegetation as if they had grown there. The covered terrace, the pool among the trees, the fountain near the second building: each element occupies exactly the space the land has assigned to it.

Ciutadella is five minutes away. The southern beaches are even closer. But from here, you don’t think of them right away.
