Residenza Unifamiliare A Charlestown

Welcome to your retreat nestled on almost 20 acres spanning the borders of Charlestown and Westerly, ”THE ICON” is far more than a residence it is a masterpiece of architecture, art, and imagination. Conceived by architect Soheil Tavakoli, this extraordinary estate draws inspiration from Persian geometry and Native American reverence for the natural world, creating a living work of art that feels both timeless and deeply connected to its surroundings. At its center stands a breathtaking 72-faceted Persian dome, open to the sky and designed to fill the home with ever-changing natural light. Rich woodwork (seven distinct species), sculpted stone, handcrafted details, and organic textures create spaces that feel discovered rather than constructed. The three en-suite bedrooms serve as private retreats, each offering direct access to serene courtyards or picturesque natural views. Beyond the walls of the home, the experience continues with cascading waterfalls, tranquil fountains, fire pits, a secluded bathhouse, and a yoga deck. Here, privacy is absolute. There are no distractions, no noise, and no interruptions only nature, light, and an unmistakable sense of peace. Just minutes from Rhode Island’s renowned beaches and within reach of both New York City and Boston, THE ICON offers a rare opportunity to own a property unlike any other.
