Bellagio is positioned within a quiet residential setting near Chania, where contemporary architecture is expressed through clarity of form, openness and a strong relationship with natural light. Defined by clean horizontal lines, expansive glazing and carefully balanced proportions, the residence has been designed around transparency and fluid movement between interior and exterior spaces. A restrained palette of glass, steel and pale stone gives the architecture a calm and cohesive character, while the surrounding landscape softens the precision of the built form.

The approach reveals the residence gradually through a sequence of terraces and layered volumes. White-rendered surfaces are framed by dark architectural detailing, while extensive glazing establishes an immediate connection between the house and its surroundings. Throughout the day, light moves across the interior spaces, reflecting from pale surfaces and reinforcing the sense of openness that defines the property.

At the heart of the residence, the principal living area unfolds beneath a double-height ceiling, creating a remarkable sense of volume and vertical space. Full-height glazed openings connect directly to the terraces beyond, allowing the interior environment to extend naturally outdoors.
