Un Cottage Au Sein De La Corrèze

In a very quiet small hamlet, in the heart of Corrèze, and just 20 minutes from the Monédières, this property exudes a gentle way of life. From the gate, the tone is set... the bohemian chic spirit is in order. The stone longère with a slate roof has a cottage feel, set within a wooded and flowered park featuring multiple spots where everyone can find their refuge, as well as a swimming pool. Inside, you discover a warm space composed of two parts. Currently, one part of the house is used as guest rooms. There are four upstairs, each with a different theme, a shower room and a toilet, as well as a large living area on the ground floor and a fifth bedroom (with shower room and toilet) that could also become a guest room. The furniture in this part of the house is included in the sale. The second part (which is connected but with private access to the upstairs) consists of a large living room and a kitchen on the ground floor, as well as a beautiful master suite upstairs. A pantry and a laundry room complete the house. Outside, a garage, a carport, and a parking area have been arranged. It can become a family home or remain as it is today with guest rooms. One thing is certain: whether outside or inside, the serenity of the place is present, making it quite an exceptional spot.
