Near dawn, he walks unhurriedly, listening to the impossible whisper of small waves calling him as they rock his dream. Bare feet on the sand, warm hands in his pockets, and his mind far from his body. Flying in another sky. This is how the story of the SA CALMA apartment begins, where walking on the sand becomes reality. Let’s start. It’s a good time to let go of past moments, of burdens carried on our backs, to stop thinking. In the communal area, there are spacious play zones, a social room with reading areas, table tennis, and a pool of overflowing blue, to gather the dream the sea offers us. We enter inside. With 86m² built, we pause for a moment in the living room. We slowly scan it and see how cozy it is, how the brick fireplace with a triangular chimney stands out, and the huge glass window that merges the living room and terrace as if they were the same space. We step out onto the terrace, where the gentle crashing of the waves is our companion, and the sea is always present. Moving on to the bedrooms: there are three, sharing two bathrooms connected by the shower. The garage offers a comfortable and wide parking space with a storage room next to it. It is only today, today and nothing more...
