Located on Castelldefels beach and just one street from the sand, it invites us to discover it and offers its land and sea style. We start with the garden. A playground for young and old with artificial grass, barbecue, and a communal pool for only 6 neighbors. Let’s explore it. With 182m², it presents itself as an ocean of space and feeling. We enter the living room where everything makes sense. Large marine windows relax us and turn our living room into a soothing experience. It connects to the first of the two terraces it has—comfortable, unusual, yet pleasant and enjoyable. Next, the kitchen. The ideal place to get lost. Spacious, it boasts excellent space blending modernity and practicality. When designing PALABRAS de MAR, the idea was always to create the feeling of a detached house. This premise is perfectly reflected in the construction with four-way orientation, where the south is always present.
