With these words from Katherine, CASA DE LUCEA welcomes us. As if it were a little piece of the Caribbean, we place it in the Bellamar neighborhood of Castelldefels, with 395 m². Let’s begin. We walk through the 1,219 m² garden and sit to experience it. The scent of jasmine and honeysuckle arrives, swinging in bloom and white, among century-old cypresses and shrubs that have become trees. From beyond, the smell of salt and young pine. We enter through the main entrance. A large living room opens before us, dominated by a window with endless, impressive views of our green garden. With different colossal spaces, it allows us to create areas according to our interests. We walk to the kitchen. We go up to the bedrooms via a curved staircase that enchants us and leads us to the most private place. We walk through the entire floor: four bedrooms with capital letters, including a triple one designed for the couple with a colossal walk-in closet and monumental bathroom, two doubles, and a fourth with a study, walk-in closet, private bathroom, and direct access to the terrace.
