Villa A Pego Beach, Comporta

A short walk from Pego Beach, this villa sits in Lagoa Formosa, between the Atlantic coast and the rice fields that shape this part of Comporta.

The house is arranged across distinct volumes, creating a natural separation between private and social spaces. At its heart, an expansive 89 m² living area opens onto the garden, alongside a generous 41 m² kitchen conceived as another gathering place within the house. Large openings extend both spaces outdoors, towards the terraces, landscaped garden and swimming pool.

Four suites occupy a quieter wing of the property, including a spacious master suite, while an additional suite on the upper level offers greater independence and privacy. High ceilings throughout reinforce the sense of space, while a fireplace brings warmth to the main living area.

Outside, the architecture settles naturally into sandy landscaped grounds. The swimming pool, outdoor dining and barbecue areas create a series of places to spend the day outside, from long lunches to evenings after the beach.

Delivered fully finished and ready to move into, the villa is around a five-minute walk from Pego Beach.
