The estate covers an area of 50,000 m² with a plantation of 700 avocado trees in production. The trees are 6-7 years old. In addition, there are various fruit trees such as:

- Walnut trees
- Peach trees
- Pear trees

There is also a vegetable garden and a chicken coop.
