NORTHERN BIG SUR NATURE LOVER’S SANCTUARY: This 120 acre parcel in the upper Garrapatos watershed is a pristine, private mountain sanctuary with an abundance of pure spring water and extraordinary views of the Santa Lucia mountains, sacred Pico Blanco, the Palo Colorado ridges, and the immense Pacific Ocean.
