Together with her partner, she built it exactly as they imagined it: a concrete and visionary act of love.
This is how this villa was born, over thirty years ago. The building process took four years: every element was chosen with care, selecting the best from every corner of Italy.

Handmade terracotta tiles, solid chestnut wood,
marble, travertine, decorated parquet flooring. All created with the help of local master craftsmen, keepers of a knowledge that still survives within these walls today.
As soon as you cross the automatic gate – which can also be controlled remotely – you are welcomed by a 200-metre. tree-lined avenue. This is where time slows down, and you
find yourself immersed in a private world of aromatic hedges, centuries-old olive trees, a pond with a fountain, grape and kiwi pergolas, two dependances, a built-in
outdoor kitchen, an oven, a vegetable garden, and space for farm animals. Everything has been conceived to be enjoyed in every season, to host family celebrations, summer dinners and intimate moments under the shadow
of a giant tree.
Inside, the villa is developed on three levels covering approximately 800 square metres.
