Sale of large land consisting of 4 articles (rustic buildings) totalling an area of 62,318sqm, located by the sea, with excellent panoramic views over the sea and views over the mountain of Pico. The land is located in the area of Monte, parish of Candelária, municipality of Madalena, Pico Island, and consists of a large area, intended for the cultivation of vineyards of Pico Island (composed of several stone corrals), and also has a wide strip of land composed of wooded forest. Currently, about 44 bushels of the land are being used for vineyard exploitation (Arinto and Verdelho grape varieties). In the plot of land located further east, identified in the plan as building or article 4, with 4,960sqm, the maximum construction area foreseen is 149sqm (subject to approval by the Secretary of the Sea, due to the proximity of the plot in relation to the coast (sea). New constructions should only have one floor. It is also important to note that, although the total planned construction area is 186sqm +149sqm, which is equivalent to 335sqm in total, there may be the possibility of approving construction areas higher than the aforementioned 335sqm if it is a construction that fits into a Project of Regional Interest (PIR).
