- We present a project developed with the aim of creating an Eden garden in Campo de Ourique.
- The outdoor areas are reserved exclusively for the daily lives of its inhabitants and
no automobile would interfere with it.
- Solution possible thanks to the unidirectional circulation of cars through the main building (at basement level) and the 2 accesses
to the main street Maria Pia (one passing by and existing and the other by the Maria Pia building, inserted in this
enterprise)
- All apartments and houses have private outdoor space (garden, terrace, balcony). This is one of
main strengths of the project, since everyone who arrives in Lisbon is looking for housing where they can
benefit from the Portuguese sun.
