The house is structurally complete and ready for the end-of-construction certificate (Fin de Obras). Landscaping and select interior finishes have been left open, giving the buyer full creative freedom to complete the property to their own vision and taste.

The architect’s signature style — three sheltered interior courtyards, natural stone, micro-cement, recycled oak and Iroko woodwork — creates a property with genuine architectural distinction.

Self-sufficiency ready. The property is designed and fully prepared to function off-grid: a designated area on the plot and all infrastructure are ready for a 30 kWp solar array with battery storage. Water independence is ensured through 83 m3 of total tank capacity (35 m3 drinking water, 48 m3 irrigation), with preparation for an atmospheric water generator. Grid connection is also available as an option after Fin de Obras.
