Sotogrande is one of southern Europe’s most established private residential estates, occupying a stretch of coastline in the municipality of San Roque, Cádiz province. Developed from the 1960s onward, it has maintained a consistent identity built around polo, golf, and sailing, attracting an international ownership base that values discretion and space. Málaga Airport, with its broader international network, is roughly 100 kilometres away, approximately one hour by motorway via the AP-7. The town of San Roque provides everyday services, and Marbella is reachable in under 45 minutes.
