Sotogrande is one of southern Europe’s most established private residential estates, occupying a stretch of coastline in the municipality of San Roque, Cádiz province. Málaga Airport, the region’s primary international hub with routes across Europe and beyond, is roughly 90 kilometres away, typically reached in around one hour by car via the AP-7 motorway. Algeciras, the main ferry port for crossings to Morocco and Ceuta, is less than 15 kilometres from the estate.
