Villa Cabopino

Cabopino occupies a distinct position on the eastern stretch of the Costa del Sol, sitting between the Elviria pine forests and the Mediterranean coastline roughly 14 kilometres east of Marbella’s old town. The area is defined by its relatively low-density development, the protected dunes of the Artola natural monument, and the small-scale Puerto de Cabopino marina. Cabopino Golf provides the residential enclave with a coherent landscape of fairways and mature greenery that separates it from the more built-up corridors closer to Marbella.

Puerto de Cabopino marina has a small selection of waterfront restaurants and is within a short drive. The Elviria commercial centre, roughly three kilometres west, covers everyday retail and dining. Nikki Beach Marbella and the beach clubs along this stretch of coast are accessible within ten minutes by car. Marbella’s Casco Antiguo, with its established restaurant scene on Plaza de los Naranjos, is approximately 20 minutes by road.

Málaga International Airport is approximately 40 kilometres west, typically 35 to 40 minutes by car via the A-7 coastal road or the AP-7 toll motorway. Málaga city centre, served by the Maria Zambrano high-speed rail station with direct AVE connections to Madrid in under two hours and to Barcelona in roughly five and a half hours, is reachable from the airport in under 15 minutes. Marbella itself has no rail connection, making a car essential for daily use.
