Terrasol Condo 120

Terrasol sits on one of the Pacific coast’s finest stretches of sand, just a few steps from the palapa restaurant and swim-up bar. From the deck, it’s common to spot whales offshore during winter time, and colorful sunsets all year long. At night, the sound of waves carries straight into the bedrooms.

The deck — facing both the pool and the beach — is the favorite spot. Inside, the condo features two master bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a large walk-in shower.

The unit has been steadily updated over the years: new tile floors, fresh paint, updated AC, and renovated bathrooms in 2012; a fully remodeled kitchen and living room in 2023; and updated back bedrooms and bathroom in 2024. All glass doors and windows have been replaced with tempered glass, and the decks were retiled to drain water away from the unit.

Set directly on the Pacific, Terrasol is minutes from the marina, restaurants, bars, and local markets — close enough to reach easily, far enough to fall asleep to nothing but the sound of the waves.
