Villa Roof Top is designed to provide the ultimate experience for guests with a refined taste for splendor and glitz! It is located in Budva (Podkosljun), just 100 meters from the most beautiful part of the Slovenian beach, close to the Park Hotel and the famous Duklej beach.

Roof Top Villa has a total area of 400m2 and consists of two levels.

On the ground floor, which has an area of 200 m2, there are:

three bedrooms with three bathrooms,
luxurious living room with kitchen,
dining area and terraces
On the second floor there is an open roof terrace of 200m2 with garden and swimming pool (8 x 2 m) with hydromassage and heating system, which is suitable for use in both summer and winter seasons.

Children’s area. Relaxation area with sun loungers and umbrellas. Dining area and barbecue.

During their stay at Roof Top Villa we offer guests room service in the A la Carte restaurant with a rich selection of traditional and Mediterranean cuisine.

The Kuzhina restaurant, which is located next to the Roof Top Villa, offers Mediterranean cuisine and also offers guests room service.
