Description
We are welcomed by an almost magical atmosphere where everything is harmony among rows of vines and olive trees. The hamlet consists of three buildings . A first building of about 605 square meters has been divided into 7 apartments characterized by the living area, the kitchen , one or two double bedrooms with bathroom for a size ranging from 55 square meters to 130 square meters . A short distance away is another 200 sq.m. building redesigned into 2 apartments of 100 sq.m. each with three bedrooms and two bathrooms in addition to the bright living areas . A last building of 190 sqm is developed into two apartments of 90m and 100 sqm . Each apartment has private resede and privacy , gazebo and outdoor tables . The 200 sqm cottage consists of large living room with dining area , kitchen with island , four double bedrooms and two bathrooms . State and finishes
The nucleus dates back to the 17th century placed in a dominant position between Siena and Arezzo . The buildings are made of stone and brick , the style is typical Tuscan . Wooden beams , ancient terracotta and large stone fireplaces characterize all the rooms .
