Questo agriturismo è un delizioso mix di edifici agricoli tradizionali e moderni che sono stati sapientemente trasformati in un resort vivace e ben gestito, situato nel cuore della Toscana quasi equidistante da Firenze, Siena e Arezzo.
Il borgo, risalente al XVII secolo, è situato su un grande colle rialzato, al centro dei suoi 93 ettari di terreno, il che lo rende molto privato e offre anche meravigliose vedute delle montagne locali sui suoi vigneti, uliveti, boschi, pascoli e lago.
La struttura dispone di 6 edifici in totale, circondati da giardini toscani ben curati. Quattro degli edifici sono un mix di casali in pietra finemente restaurati, stalle e una villa, tutti ora utilizzati per ospitare gli ospiti del resort. Ci sono 12 appartamenti/suite di varie dimensioni sparsi in tutto il borgo, con grande attenzione alla loro privacy individuale. Gli appartamenti sono tutti arredati con un’atmosfera pulita, moderna, luminosa e ariosa, ma con un caldo mix di splendidi oggetti d’antiquariato toscani e arredi morbidi. La capacità massima del borgo è di 60 posti letto su una superficie di circa 1.520 metri quadrati.
I nuovi edifici agricoli sono stati trasformati nel fulcro del resort, ospitando l’edificante e creativa sala da pranzo esterna come ingresso alla zona di ospitalità, che conduce direttamente alla reception dell’hotel, al ristorante interno e al bar serviti dalle cucine professionali nascoste e dai guardaroba per gli ospiti. Oltrepassando queste aree si trova una grande e moderna sala di ricevimento con molte grandi finestre per ospitare grandi eventi o feste, che gode anche di una terrazza da pranzo esterna ma coperta con viste magnifiche.
Molto vicine ed eccezionalmente, ci sono due piscine molto grandi e ben posizionate con giardini e terrazze private, facilmente servite dal bar, dal ristorante e dalle cucine, anch’esse con splendide viste.

Vigneti, 11 Ha — Oliveto 2,3 Ha - Arboreto 6,73 Ha - Seminativo 5,48 Ha - Bosco ceduo 28,44 Ha - Bosco misto 38,07 Ha - Giardino 0,37 Ha - Altro terreno 0,8 Ha
L’azienda produce vino, olio d’oliva, olio di castagne e noci, tutti utilizzati dal ristorante.

The property has 6 buildings in total, surrounded by well-manicured Tuscan gardens. Four of the buildings are a mix of finely restored stone farmhouses, stables and a villa, all now used for hosting guests in the resort. There are 12 apartments/suites of varying size spread throughout the borgo, with great attention given to their individual privacy. The apartments are all decorated with a clean modern, light and airy feel, but grounded with a warm mix of beautiful Tuscan antiques and soft furnishings. The maximum capacity of the borgo is 60 beds in an area of approximately 1,520 square metres.
The newer agricultural buildings have been transformed into the hub of the resort; housing the uplifting and creative external dining area as the entrance to the hospitality zone, which leads directly into the hotel reception, the indoor restaurant and bar serviced by the hidden professional kitchens and the guest cloak rooms. Leading further onward past these areas is a very large and modern grand reception room with lots of large windows for hosting large events or parties, which also enjoys its own external but covered dining terrace with magnificent views.
Very close by and exceptionally, there are two very large and well positioned swimming pools with their own garden areas and terraces, easily serviced by the bar, restaurant, and kitchens, also with great views.
