A light-flooded home with open transitions, high ceilings and exposed wooden beams was created on a constructed area of approx. 145 m². The living area opens up generously to the kitchen and dining area. A custom-made kitchen with cooking island forms the communicative center of the chalet. From here you have direct access to the sunny patio and the garden, which offers space for tranquillity and Mediterranean outdoor living.

Two bedrooms and two stylish bathrooms create a private retreat with a clear design. Several terraces and the covered veranda constantly open up new perspectives of the mountains, the roofs of the colony and the sea.
