This old fulling mill from the XVIII century, where the cloths of the famous Benamahoma blankets were felted and perfectly restored with elements of the period, has been converted into a charming Rural House.
The surface area is 10.000 square metres and the two buildings have 260 square metres constructed.
On the upper floor, which is accessed from the garden, there is a large living room with fireplace and coffered ceiling, as well as beautiful cupboards with crockery and books. The kitchen with tiles from a Sevillian factory has all the electrical appliances and rustic furniture, the same that predominates in the whole house.
Downstairs there is a small garden and the three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. All of them have a nice and original decoration, built-in wardrobes and TV.
The building has Arabic tiles, very typical of the constructions of the area and large windows, some of them overlooking the Majaceite river that borders the house.
The grove and the fruit trees that surround the property are spectacular; there are also three springs with water from the mountains. Climbing up a small stone staircase we reach the tiled pool with water from one of the springs and a beautiful pergola.
At the entrance of the property there is another small house with a living room with fireplace, kitchen and two bedrooms with bathroom. La superficie de la finca es de 10.000 metros cuadrados y consta de dos edificios, la casa principal con licencia turística y en explotación y otra más pequeña, de los guardeses, que tiene dos dormitorios , baño, salón y cocina.
En la planta alta de la casa principal, a la que accedemos desde el jardín, encontramos un amplio salón comedor con chimenea y techo artesonado , además de unas bonitas alacenas con vajillas y libros . La cocina con azulejos de una fábrica sevillana consta de todos los electrodomésticos y un mobiliario rústico, el mismo que predomina en toda la casa.
En la planta de abajo tenemos un pequeño jardín y los tres dormitorios con los baños en suite. Todos tienen una bonita y original decoración, armarios empotrados y TV.
El edificio tiene tejas árabes, muy propio de las construcciones de la zona y amplios ventanales, algunos de ellos dando al río Majaceite que bordea la casa.
La arboleda y los árboles frutales de los que consta y está rodeada la finca, son espectaculares; también nos encontramos tres manantiales por los que corre el agua que proviene de la sierra. Subiendo por una pequeña escalera de piedra llegamos a la alberca, de azulejos con agua procedente de uno de los manantiales y una bonita pérgola.

This finca with a magical air and a privileged location, is situated in the heart of the Sierra de Grazalema and belongs to the municipality of Benamahoma, the place where more litres per square metre are collected in the whole peninsula. Surrounded by the Majaceite river, very abundant as all the water coming from the Sierra, and full of small springs, makes it a special place.
Thanks to this, a microclimate is formed in the area and the springs, pools and birdlife make it a landscape that is not typical of Andalucía la Baja, more similar to that of the North or Galicia.
Benamoha belongs to the beautiful route of the White Villages of the Sierra de Cádiz, so its location could not be better. Nearby we find Grazalema, El Bosque, Ubrique, Arcos and the famous circuit of Jerez de la Frontera and its airport, which we reach in 40 minutes with flights to many Spanish and European cities.
It is also 1 hour and 20 minutes from Seville airport and 1 hour from the nearest beach.

Gracias a eso se forma un microclima en la zona por lo que los manantiales, pozas, y avifauna la convierten en un paisaje nada típico de Andalucía la Baja, más parecido al del Norte o Galicia.
Benamoha , pertenece a la bonita ruta de los Pueblos Blancos de la Sierra de Cádiz por lo que su ubicación, no puede ser mejor. Cerca nos encontramos Grazalema, El Bosque, Ubrique , Arcos y el famoso circuito de Jerez de la Frontera y su aeropuerto,al que llegamos en 40 minutos con vuelos a numerosas ciudades españolas y europeas.
Se encuentra también a 1 hora y 20 minutos del aeropuerto de Sevilla y a 1 hora de la playa más cercana.
