Villa Benahavis

La Quinta is a private residential resort community set in the hills above Marbella, within the municipality of Benahavís, one of the wealthiest municipalities per capita in Spain. Positioned at elevation on the western edge of the Costa del Sol, the enclave is defined by its south-facing aspect, pine-covered hillsides, and unobstructed sightlines across the Mediterranean toward Gibraltar. The architecture throughout is predominantly contemporary Andalusian, with large plots ensuring meaningful separation between properties.

La Quinta Golf and Resort sits within the community and provides a clubhouse, restaurant, and 27-hole golf course. The village of Benahavís, known for its concentration of restaurants along a single street, is roughly five minutes by car. Puerto Banús and central Marbella, with their full range of retail, dining, and beach clubs, are within fifteen to twenty minutes.

Marbella town centre is approximately 20 kilometres east via the AP-7 motorway. Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport, the main international hub for the region, is around 60 kilometres away and typically reached in 45 to 55 minutes by car, with direct connections to most major European cities. Gibraltar Airport, offering additional route options, is roughly 70 kilometres to the southwest.
