Villa Dos Coches

Villa dos Coches was born from a unique architectural intervention in the heart of Belém, Lisbon, combining historical heritage, contemporary design and a truly privileged location.

The development includes T0 to T3 apartments, with areas between 45 m² and 155 m², as well as a commercial space, offering residential solutions designed for an urban, sophisticated and comfortable lifestyle.

Inserted in a historic building of the eighteenth century, the project values the authenticity of the original construction through a careful rehabilitation, where contemporary architecture is integrated in an elegant and timeless way. The intervention stands out for its attention to detail, the quality of the materials used and the preservation of the architectural elements that give identity to the building.

The interiors were designed to privilege luminosity, functionality and comfort, combined with premium finishes that reflect the distinct character of Portuguese architecture. Each space was designed to provide a balance between aesthetics, well-being and durability.

Located next to the National Coach Museum, Villa dos Coches benefits from an incomparable cultural and historical environment. In a few minutes it is possible to access some of the most emblematic points of the city, such as the Belém Tower, the Jerónimos Monastery and the Belém riverfront.
