Terra DI Beja

The property has a total area of ​​72 hectares, of which 45 hectares are almond trees, 3 hectares are plum trees and the remaining area of ​​24 hectares is fallow, prepared for the next phase of planting.

The almond tree varieties installed are Belona and Vairo and Lauranne. As for the plum tree, there is only the TC Sun variety.

The almond grove area was planted in two distinct phases, the first being planted in 2016 (19.8 hectares) and the second phase in 2020 (24.5 hectares).

In terms of infrastructure, the estate has electricity from the grid with its own PT, a 10 m² engine room, a 2700 m² pond, 5 boreholes at different depths that provide abundant water and the estate has direct access via a tarred road.

50%-50% commission sharing with all real estate professionals/agencies with a valid AMI license.
