Casa Villa In Vendita A Begur

Are you looking for a chalet in Begur without having to undertake a complete renovation before moving in? This property might be just what you’re looking for.

Located in a wonderful spot on the Costa Brava, this chalet stands out for its solid construction, strong foundations, land leveling work, and spacious areas. The house is currently inhabited and ready to move into.

Naturally, after nearly 20 years since construction began, it could benefit from some improvements over time. Mainly, it’s important to note that the access ramp and the main door still need to be completed.

These pending works are reflected in the asking price of €590,000, an offer worth considering for those seeking a large home in Begur.

If you are comfortable with the necessary improvements and want to explore its potential, contact me to arrange a visit.
