Tranquillo Appartamento Esterno Con Terrazza In Stile Gotico

For sale is this large apartment of 120m² built that has a bright private terrace, perfect for placing a table with chairs and enjoying the good weather and sun of Barcelona. The apartment retains original elements such as hydraulic floors, ceilings with moldings, and wooden carpentry. The home is completely exterior and very quiet, thanks to its corner location between the street and a private passage. It features a bright living-dining room with a small balcony, an independent kitchen with a laundry room, five exterior bedrooms (one of them with a dressing room and balcony facing the street), and two full bathrooms. The property needs a little sprucing up. The apartment is located in the heart of the medieval Gothic Quarter, the historical and tourist center of Barcelona. It is surrounded by emblematic places such as the Cathedral of Barcelona, Plaza del Pi, and Las Ramblas, just a few minutes from Plaza Cataluña or Paseo de Gràcia, in an area full of shops, restaurants, and bars. The apartment is situated in a historic building without an elevator. Beautiful apartment with terrace and historical details in the center of Barcelona.
