Ti presentiamo una villa unica a Barcellona per essere stata la prima casa razionalista costruita in Spagna.
Dichiarato patrimonio architettonico della città, costruito dall’architetto Sixte Illescas nel 1930 e ristrutturato nel 1990.
La casa è completamente indipendente ed è composta principalmente da due piani. Ha anche giardini verdi con splendidi alberi, una piscina, terrazze e un solarium, che invitano a rilassarsi e riposare dai rumori della città.
