Attico A Barcellona

On the sixth floor of a 2011 building with an elevator, this exterior penthouse is full of light thanks to its south and east orientation. It features parquet flooring and an open space combining the living room and kitchen, with direct access to the terrace.

The kitchen, with white cabinets, is integrated into the living room. There is one bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, both in good condition.

The highlight is the 19 m2 terrace, with wooden enclosures that provide privacy. It is ideal for enjoying the outdoors and having barbecues. From there, you can see the rooftops and tree-lined streets of the Eixample.

Located in the Antiga Esquerra de l’Eixample, with good public transport connections.
