- the German windows with double glazing were completely replaced in 2013, special windows with bulletproof glass (safety glass) were installed on the ground floor
- the house was completely repainted once in 2025, mostly on the inside
- the floors of the house have a 5 cm thick real wooden floor, it is not normal parquet. It is a real solid real wood floor
- the gas heating was newly installed in 2013 (the revision has just been done, technically everything is in perfect order)
- the house has central heating and also an open fireplace in the basement, both in the living room and bedroom there is a pellet stove
- the façade of the house was repainted in 2025
- the roof is in good condition, the roof tiles are all in order and damaged ones have been replaced regularly
- the roof has been specially blown out with second-hand Whol, as extra insulation of the whole roof floor. Wool has been blown into the whole roof.
